They lied about their high protein noodles. They said 32 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, 220 calories per serve. All of that is true. But what surprised me was the texture. Give them the full 7 minutes and there's no chalky bite. They are air dried instead of flesh fried, so give them time to properly rehydrate.
