Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
This is a plain-language draft that describes how Adwright works today. It’s being reviewed and may change before launch.
The short version
Adwright reads the website, product page or app you give it, researches your market and your competitors, and writes ads for you in your brand. You pay for a Pro or MAX plan (annual plans start with a free trial), you can cancel whenever you like, and the ads you make are yours to run.
Your account
- You need an account to start projects, make and edit ads, and download them. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Only paste links to products you’re allowed to advertise: your own, or a client’s who has asked you to.
Trial, plan and payment
- Pro is $29 a month or $209 a year. MAX is $79 a month or $599 a year. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A promotion’s price applies only to the payments it names.
- Annual plans start with a 3-day free trial, once per account, with a limited number of AI credits. A card is needed to start it. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the first year of the plan you chose, unless you cancel before then; we email you the day before. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. Monthly plans have no trial and are charged when you start them.
- Without a plan you can keep opening, editing and downloading the ads you’ve made; research, new ads and generated images need a plan.
- Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time in Usage & billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect straight away, with credit for the unused part of your month. Yearly to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
- When you save a card, you allow us to charge it for your plan when a free trial ends, each time the plan renews (monthly or yearly, at the price shown in Usage & billing) and for changes you choose, such as switching to yearly or to MAX, until you cancel. Cards are stored and charged by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or keep your full card number.
- If a payment fails we’ll tell you and retry when you update your card. After 14 days without payment, the plan ends.
- Research, ad writing and generated images spend credits: each plan includes a monthly amount (a trial has its own), they reset each month on the day your plan started, unused credits don’t roll over, and credits have no cash value. What actions cost is listed in Usage & billing.
Your ads and what you can do with them
- The ads you make, their copy and the images generated for them are yours to use, change and run, for your own products or your clients’, during your plan and after it.
- You’re responsible for what you publish. Check every ad before it runs: that its claims are true, that you have the right to use the pictures, names and reviews in it, and that it follows the rules of the platforms you run it on and the advertising laws where you run it.
- AI can get things wrong. Research and copy are suggestions based on public information, not facts we vouch for.
Your content
Your projects, the links you paste, the pictures you upload and the ads you make are yours. We use them only to run the service for you. If you turn on a share link, what it shows is visible to anyone who has the link until you turn it off.
Reading websites
To research a product, Adwright reads the public page you paste, a few more pages on the same site, and the public pages of competitors. It reads what any visitor can see, never anything behind a sign-in, and stays away from sites that have opted out. Don’t use Adwright to imitate someone else’s brand or to make ads for products you aren’t allowed to advertise. Site owners can learn more, and opt out, on our crawler page.
Fair use
Don’t use Adwright to break the law, make misleading or harmful ads, attack or overload the service, scrape it, share accounts, or get around plan limits.
Changes and availability
We improve Adwright constantly. We’ll tell you about material changes to these terms before they apply. We work hard to keep the service up, but it’s provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.
Ending your account
You can cancel any time. To delete your account and data, email support@adwright.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
