These are the viral high-protein cup noodles without that chalky texture. They're ripen ramen and they're really convenient when you want something quick with more protein. You get 32 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and around 220 calories per serve. They're also lower in sodium than a lot of regular instant noodles. They are air-dried, not fried in oil and they're made with pea protein. There are four flavors, spicy beef, chicken, spicy curry and spicy kimchi. My favorites are the spicy beef and spicy curry. They sold out really quickly last time, so if you're still in stock, give them a try.
