Carpe

Carpe’s video ad: “Skip the return. Carpe delivers on the first try.”

Running 138 days·Facebook and Instagram·Winner

How it opens

“I'm tired of people trying to do returns because it's a lotion, but do not buy this crap on Amazon You're gonna be paying 20 bucks for one…”

Angle: Pain point

Why it works

It has run for 138 days and is still running, on 4 ads at once. Brands keep paying only for ads that make money, so this one is proven. First-person ads read like a post from a real person, not an ad.

How it’s built

1. Hook: I'm tired of people trying to do returns because it's a lotion, but do not buy this crap on Amazon You're gonna be paying 20 bucks for one…
2. Offer: Up to 56% off
3. CTA: Shop now

What to borrow

• Put a specific number in the first line.
• Name the problem in your buyer's words before you show the product.
• Test a ugc ad for your own product.
• It has run for over a month: the idea is proven demand, so test it in your own words.

Its words

Skip the return. Carpe delivers on the first try.

When the no-return crashout happens, it's always because the product lied on the label. Carpe Underarm Lotion is clinically tested for 100 hours of sweat and odor control when used as directed. 96% of users said they would recommend it to a friend — which is the opposite of a return. Carpe's intro offer is up to 56% off w/ free gifts and shipping.
