This has 100 calories and 24 grams of protein. This is protein water from Muscle Nation and it's 99% sugar-free and also gluten-free. This also comes with BCAA's Electrolyzed Vitamin C. Because the last thing that I want after an intense cardio session is a thick milky protein shake. This is clear whey protein so it's extremely light and refreshing.
