Arcads’ video ad: “AI Video Ads”

Running 234 daysFacebook and InstagramWinner

How it opens

“3 Reasons NOT to Use Arcads”

Angle: Objection

Why it works

The reverse framing turns a plain feature list into something playful and easy to skim, and the ironic parentheticals handle the 'too good to be true' objection with humor. Each line pairs a specific quantity or price with a time or cost benefit, so the value is clear in seconds. The data also shows it has run for 234 days, is still active and sits across 25 active ads on five placements, which suggests the format has held up well and been worth scaling.

Who it speaks to: Marketers, performance advertisers and brand owners who need a lot of ad creative fast and want to test more hooks without hiring creators.

How it’s built
  1. Hook: '3 Reasons NOT to Use Arcads' sets up a contrarian, curiosity-driven opener.
  2. Twist: 'Unless you want to scale, of course' reveals the reverse-psychology intent.
  3. Benefits as fake negatives: three crossed-out items with ironic parentheticals, each carrying a concrete claim (5-10 AI UGC creators in minutes, 20-30 hooks in under 10 minutes, ads for just $10).
  4. Urgency: 'There's a before and after Q4 2025. Which side do you want to be on?' frames a timely split between those who act and those who don't.
  5. CTA: 'Create your account today on arcads.ai' with a Get offer button.
What to borrow
  • Try flipping a benefit list into 'reasons not to buy' so each fake downside quietly sells a strength.
  • Pair every claim with a concrete number and a time or cost anchor so the value is instantly clear.
  • Add a short, seasonal 'before and after' line to create urgency without a hard discount.
  • Use a light, self-aware tone in the brackets to defuse skepticism about bold claims.
Its words

AI Video Ads

3 Reasons NOT to Use Arcads Unless you want to scale, of course ❌ Get 5-10 AI UGC creators in minutes (who has time for that?) ❌ Generate 20-30 hooks in under 10 minutes (too efficient) ❌ Create scroll-stopping ads for just $10 (way too cheap) There's a before and after Q4 2025. The transcript

The biggest mistake of my life, I used ARC ads to make AI videos for my brand. And let me show you three reasons why you should avoid it at all costs. First, it's disgustingly fast. You upload a product image, give it a prompt, and it gives you a hyper-realistic UGC ad. Guys, I am obsessed with this new soda alternative. It's called Brez, spelled B-R-E-Z, but pronounced like Breeze, and it's the lemon elderflower flavor. Then it has the audacity to ask if I want to create more variations. Who says that? Great. Now I have 10 variations and I haven't even finished my coffee yet. Oh, and it speaks 35 languages perfectly. There goes my excuse for not targeting international markets. The second reason, the AI actors look way too real. I mean, look at this. Okay, I have to show you my newest obsession, Stanley Cups. This mint one is the latest edition. People actually believe these are real humans. How am I supposed to feel special about hiring expensive creators when AI looks this good? And the worst part is I can pick from hundreds of different faces, ages, and styles. Where is the fun in that? And here's the third problem. You literally don't need anyone anymore. No editor, no creator, no fancy shoot day. Just you sitting in your pajamas making UGC video ads in like, what, five minutes? I had to fire my entire imaginary production team. Do you know how awkward that Zoom call was? Okay, so here's what you definitely shouldn't do. Don't just throw in a product photo and definitely don't write something super basic like this. Whatever you do, don't hit generate because, oh great, look what happened. This is my new Ridge wallet. It's carbon fiber and it's crazy thin. Compared to this thing, it's a night and day difference. It still holds all my cards. Now I've got this annoyingly perfect TikTok video that looks like I spent a thousand bucks when really I just sat here for 30 seconds. I mean, it's not like over 5,000 businesses are already using this thing or like Lerna scaled past a million dollars a month using ARC ads for their TikTok and meta ads. So please, I'm begging you, don't use ARC ads unless you want fast, affordable, realistic video ads that actually work. But if you accidentally want to try this, just comment AI ads and I'll send you a link.
