bala just launched their everyday active line so obviously i had to put it through the ultimate test a full pilates jump board reformer workout hi girls welcome back to my little at home pilates haven today is extra special because bala just launched their everyday active line so naturally i couldn't just do a try on i had to wear test it through an actual pilates reformer workout and show you girls how it truly performs i'm wearing the bala bra and flared legging and blush both in an extra large since i'm turning 40 this year you girls know i've been all about workouts that make me feel strong and that i can actually stay consistent with and pilates has truly become one of my favorite ways to move and as a 200 plus pound girly i just love reminding you that pilates is truly for everybody okay back to this workout because wow it was so challenging i chose a full body jump board class and because i couldn't help myself i just had to add my favorite bala bangles and bands for the extra challenge and oh my gosh my legs were absolutely shaking by the end but the set stayed super comfortable and moved with me plus it made me so confident throughout my entire workout bye
