Found out about MB1 for five months. I lost 30 pounds. My doctor was confused on how I did it so fast. We launched MB1 a little over a year ago and it's found its way to over 1 million people's routines. This was me at the start of my weight loss and this is me now. I've been stalled for months. I started taking this and I'm already down nine. This is actually nuts. She looks younger. Don't need this. These are ingredients you can actually look up and that have been studied. This has African mango seed, green tea extract, probiotics, so many good ingredients, all natural. She looks so good. I've lost over 70 pounds on my journey. I have noticed less cravings and less hunger which helps me stick to my calorie deficit. It's given me the energy that I need to follow through with my workouts every day and it helps with mood which keeps me a little bit more motivated and dialed on my goals throughout the day.
